    From plays and musicals, to opera, classical concerts and jazz, to national commercial work and even print modeling, Boudreaux’s talent is beyond multifaceted. She made her Carnegie Hall debut with Opera Orchestra New York under the baton of Eve Queler as L’Innocente in L’Arlesiana, and was selected to perform for Maya Angelou at the inauguration of the Faison Firehouse Theatre, directed by by the esteemed George Faison. She has performed with the NY Int’l Fringe Festival, The Asbury Park Theater Company, The Astoria and Missouri Symphonies, St. Petersburg Opera, Asheville Lyric Opera, American Opera Project, and The Shawnee Playhouse, among others.

  • Director

    Boudreaux is an award-winning director who values a holistic approach to her productions. She is at home with plays and musicals, drama and comedy. Her strengths shine when directing and choreographing the same production, as could be seen with her 2021 production of Pippin. When directing, she is equally at home working with community members and youth as she is with professionals. Favorite productions from schools and regional theatre include: The Immigrant, Sweeney Todd, Urinetown, Pippin, Legally Blonde, and Moon Over Buffalo.

  • Choreographer

    Boudreaux began dancing at age 2, winning national titles at dance competitions as she grew up. Trained in 9 different disciplines from ballet to clogging, she judges competitions and choreographs for regional productions. Her work has been nominated several times over for regional awards, as she specializes in being sensitive to the skill levels of the actors on stage, working to ensure everyone in her numbers looks and feels their best during a show.

  • Educator

    Colette Boudreaux is honored to have mentored many talented youth in voice, acting, and dance. Specializing in college auditions preparation, the students who follow her programming are accepted into some of the most elite programs in the nation and all have been able to attend at least one of their top choice schools in either music theatre, vocal performance, or theatre. She currently accepts students ages 14 and above for lessons on a case by case basis.
